Job responsibilities:

Involved in full stack development from micro services architecture which interconnect all services to create an optimum system to building in-house dashboard design and framework.

Identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations in designing and implementing system.

Maintaining and improving existing code base and review code changes while liaising with colleagues to implement technical design.

Involve in cross-platform system planning, architecture design and framework implementation.

Integrating data from various back-end services and databases.

Design & Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices.

Job requirements:

Degree in Computer Science / Electronics & Electrical or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years related experience language and framework stated above.

Required skill(s): Laravel framework, PHP, NodeJS, Java/C++, HTML/CSS and JavaScript.

Experience in Angular, Flutter or Phyton will be an advantage.

Knowledge in Database Management such as SQL commands, JDBC, Advanced SQL queries etc will be an added advantage.

Experience in Image Processing, Basic Machine Learning, Basic Optimization, Data analytics will be a plus

Knowledgeable in cross-platform integration and software as a service system design will be an advantage.

Experience in using Gitlab.

Able to work under pressure.

Able to work on weekend for urgent project, will earn Other Leave to utilize for replacement off on other day.

Prompt to WhatsApp during working hours.

Structural planning and ability to update project status in Microsoft Excel.

Job Responsibilities:

Carry out the implementation of efforts related to the marketing operations in a company.

Develop and lead marketing strategies and effective plans progressively across different platforms in accordance with company brand goals.

Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals, etc.

Researching and analysing market trends and competitors to keep up to date as well as trying to forecast future trends.

Develop creative briefs and supervise marketing materials, editorials, and other forms of marketing collaterals to establish and maintain consistency in product branding.

Make effective use of analytics to evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns and manage to monitor the performance metrics for optimization and growth.

Lead weekly and monthly meetings with marketing team and relevant departments, delegate tasks and ensure all tasks are executed accordingly.

Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions and generate more qualified leads.

Present ideas to management for the marketing strategy which include marketing programs, strategies, budgets, etc.

Reviewing and analysing the effectiveness of implemented strategies in line with marketing objectives and proposing alternatives solutions where needed.

Develop and agree comprehensive annual / quarterly / monthly marketing plans that successfully support the achievement of country goals across business lines within agreed timeframes and to expected quality standards.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or qualifications.

At least 3 years of experience in Marketing Manager or managing Marketing Team.

Demonstrable experience in delivering high quality marketing solutions with positive, measurable results.

Highly effective planning and organising, managing multiple competing priorities.

Creative thinker and able to develop contemporary and engaging marketing content.

Working knowledge of online marketing platforms and experience leading digital marketing campaigns.

Highly effective relationship building and relationship management skills.

Able to analyse and interpret information effectively.

Problem solving skills and able to implement creative solutions to problems.

Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

Knowledge of MS office (excel, PowerPoint) to populate various marketing reports.
